A typical package includes round-trip flights , handpicked 4★ or 5★ stays , official event tickets , private airport and event transfers , and complete visa assistance. Many packages also include curated extras like city tours, welcome mixers, and afterparty access.
02Do you only sell packages for F1, Tomorrowland, and UCL?
While Formula 1 , Tomorrowland , and the UEFA Champions League are our three marquee categories , we are a full-spectrum events and entertainment travel brand. We curate trips to iconic global events. If you have a specific event in mind, please get in touch.
03Can I book just tickets without the travel and stay?
Our mission is to transform event travel into unforgettable memories, not just deliver tickets. We craft complete experiences from the moment you leave home to the moment you return. Therefore, we do not offer ticket-only sales.
04Are flights always included in the price?
Most of our packages (like F1 and UCL) are end-to-end and include round-trip flights. However, some experiences, like the Tomorrowland Winter 2026 package, exclude flights to offer more flexibility for international travelers. Please check the detailed "Inclusions" for each specific tour.

Each package includes round-trip flights, visa assistance, a 4-star hotel, 3-day F1 Grandstand pass, curated city tours, premium parties, and bonus events like yacht rides or Universal Studios entry.

08Can I upgrade hotels or request extra nights?
Absolutely. We offer luxury hotel upgrades, early arrivals, or post-race extensions. Just mention your request when booking.
09How does the payment work?
Pay an initial deposit to secure your slot. Remaining balance is paid closer to departure. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
10Can I come solo or bring friends?
Both options are perfect. Solo travelers join a like-minded group, and friend squads get tailored experiences. Everyone’s VIP here.
11What happens if the race gets postponed or canceled?
