Formal Cancellation Process
Once a booking is confirmed, any request for cancellation must be submitted formally in writing via email. The date the email is received will serve as the official cancellation date for calculating any applicable fees.
Refund Eligibility & Deductions
Refunds are not guaranteed. Any potential refund will be subject to heavy deductions based on the strict non-refundable policies of our partner hotels, grandstand ticket providers, and event organizers. In almost all circumstances, the initial deposit is 100% non-refundable.
Force Majeure & Event Changes
In the event of “Force Majeure” (e.g., political unrest, public health crises, or significant changes to the Formula 1 calendar), the company will make reasonable efforts to secure alternate arrangements or issue a credit note for future use. However, refunds remain at the sole discretion of our third-party providers and are not guaranteed.
Standard Race Execution: If the Formula 1 race proceeds as scheduled and the client chooses not to attend for any personal reason (including travel anxiety, minor illness, or schedule conflicts), no refunds or credit notes will be issued. The full booking amount will be forfeited.
Travel Documentation Issues: We are not responsible for the client’s inability to obtain necessary visas, passports, or health certifications. Failure to secure these documents does not entitle the client to a refund.
Third-Party Insolvency: If a specific hotel or service provider goes out of business or fails to provide the service, our liability is limited to the recovery of funds from that provider. If the provider does not refund us, we are not obligated to refund you.
Subjective Satisfaction: Refunds will not be granted based on the client’s personal dissatisfaction with the race results, weather conditions, or the view from the assigned seating, provided the tickets match the category purchased
