Effective Date: 2 November 2025
Welcome to The GT Experience. By accessing our website, submitting a form, booking a travel
package, or interacting with any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read this document carefully before proceeding with any engagement.
All bookings made through The GT Experience are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices
mentioned on our website or shared with you are based on carefully curated inclusions such as
international flights, accommodation, visa, race day tickets, internal transfers, and select event
access as per the itinerary. Travel insurance, passport charges, personal expenses, and meals
not specified in the itinerary are not included in the package unless explicitly mentioned.
We strongly advise all travelers to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover any
medical emergencies, cancellations, or unforeseen losses, as The GT Experience is not
responsible for any such occurrences in the absence of valid insurance.
Once a booking has been made, any cancellations must be formally submitted via email.
Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to deductions based on the cancellation policies of our
partner hotels, event organizers, and service providers. In most cases, a non-refundable deposit
will apply. If a trip is canceled or rescheduled by us due to external circumstances such as
political unrest, public health restrictions, force majeure, or Formula 1 event changes, we will
make reasonable efforts to provide alternate arrangements or issue credit notes. However, full
refunds in such cases are not guaranteed and shall be subject to the discretion of involved third
parties.
It is to be noted that the itinerary provided at the time of booking is indicative and subject to
change at the discretion of the event organizers, local partners, or due to unforeseen
circumstances. Any such changes will be communicated at the earliest, and The GT Experience
will strive to minimize disruptions, but we are not liable for variations from the original schedule.
All guests participating in our trips are expected to maintain respectful, lawful, and responsible
conduct throughout the duration of the experience. The use, possession, or distribution of any
illegal drugs or banned substances is strictly prohibited. This includes electronic nicotine devices
(such as vapes/heat-not-burn/juul) in countries where their use is banned. If a participant is
found violating the legal restrictions of the host country, including substance laws or public
conduct codes, The GT Experience reserves the right to immediately remove them from the
ongoing trip without refund, and the individual shall bear all associated costs of early departure
or legal consequences. This policy is enforced to protect the safety, reputation, and well-being of
all guests and staff.
Guests must also refrain from any form of harassment, vandalism, excessive intoxication, or
actions that disrupt the group dynamic. In cases where behavior is deemed threatening,
unlawful, or seriously inappropriate, the individual will be removed from the trip itinerary and no
refund or compensation will be provided. We have a zero-tolerance policy for actions that
compromise the safety or enjoyment of the group.
While The GT Experience takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a seamless journey, we shall
not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, accident, delay, or inconvenience arising from third-
party services, flight cancellations, visa denials, government-imposed restrictions, or last-
minute event changes made by Formula 1 organizers. Participation in any of our activities or
experiences is entirely at the individual’s own risk. By engaging with us, you acknowledge that
motorsport events inherently involve large crowds, loud noise, and potential unpredictability, all
of which you voluntarily accept as part of the experience.
In extreme situations such as natural disasters, political emergencies, war-like events, or public
health emergencies that may arise during travel, The GT Experience will make every effort, within
reason and local feasibility, to assist in evacuating guests or coordinating their safe return to their
home country. However, we do not assume responsibility or liability for any delays, injuries,
property damage, or loss of life that may occur during such events. Guests are advised to stay
informed of regional developments and to maintain active travel insurance coverage at all times.
The GT Experience shall not be held liable for any loss of life, serious injury, or medical emergency
arising during the trip due to accident, negligence, force majeure, personal health complications,
or any third-party actions. We are not a medical or emergency services provider and cannot
guarantee access to treatment, evacuation, or legal services in any country. Travelers voluntarily
accept all inherent and incidental risks associated with international travel and attendance at live
sports events.
